Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery)

A leading global education business is looking to hire a talented Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery) to join a growing team in London. The Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery will work on projects focused on transforming how the business delivers capabilities for its partners and staff.  The Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery) will play a key role in helping to continuously improve operational effectiveness, and drive business flexibility, scalability, and growth.

 

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery):

  • Work alongside Project Managers supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent projects – through Discovery, Build and Adoption phases - to agreed outcomes across the business
  • Produce accurate and relevant project documentation, including reporting, planning, stakeholder communications, risk management and budget tracking
  • Support workshop facilitation with the project team and stakeholders
  • Facilitate project ceremonies and meetings, either alongside or standing in for the Project Manager where required
  • Provide advice and assistance to encourage and support adherence to project delivery processes, using influence where required to agree appropriate actions
  • Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business

 

Required experience for the Project Coordinator (Business Intelligence, Agile, Delivery):

  • Several years of project delivery experience, ideally having been solely responsible for delivery of some smaller projects – across a variety of different business domains, with experience in Agile, non-Agile and unstructured environments
  • An understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies – and how they help to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Experience working with vendors and partners throughout project delivery – particularly where offshore development teams play a key role
  • Have supported delivery of projects in either software development settings or enterprise system rollout
  • Demonstrable experience working on projects that have required a reasonable degree of business process transformation driven through technology change
  • Demonstrable experience on projects through the entire lifecycle, from pre-project initiation through to launch, adoption, and support.
  • Have a passion for working with people and helping to guide businesses through high degrees of change
  • Experience in supporting projects where integration with Finance systems and processes to key to overall success
  • Understanding of Sales processes and commission management
  • Experience supporting Data / Business Intelligence projects
