What our NPS score really says about how we work
What is an NPS?

There is a simple number that tells you a lot about the experience a partner creates. It is called a Net Promoter Score (NPS), and while it has come a familiar acronym across almost every sector, it genuinely matters in recruitment. Because unlike revenue or placement numbers, NPS is built entirely on what your clients and candidates say about you when you’re not in the room.

Our current NPS score is 70 The recruitment industry average is 24. When you put those two numbers side by side, it becomes clear that the way we work is resonating on a different level.

Why Does It Matter

So, what does that actually mean for clients who trust us with their hiring?

First, it tells you we deliver consistently across the whole journey. NPS is given after the experience, not during the sales pitch. To score that highly, clients need to feel looked after from the first conversation to the final signature. They need transparency, clarity, and proper communication. They need a partner who does what they say they will do. And they need to feel confident that every candidate put forward genuinely fits the brief.

It also signals something deeper about partnership. Recruitment is a service that sits at the centre of your business. It affects speed, quality, team morale, and your ability to grow. High NPS shows that we treat that responsibility with the weight it deserves. It reflects trust. It reflects accountability. And it reflects the fact that we build long term relationships rather than transactional wins.

Then there is quality. NPS is driven by outcomes that genuinely move the needle. It is shaped by the fact that we shortlist carefully, we communicate proactively, and we embed ourselves into your way of working so that hiring becomes easier, not harder. A score like 70 comes from delivering candidates that stay, teams that scale smoothly, and processes that feel frictionless.

Benefits

There are also very real benefits that sit behind that number.

Clients get faster delivery because we qualify properly and avoid wasted time. They get strong pipelines because our global network gives them reach, they cannot access alone. They get clarity because we communicate openly at every stage. And they get peace of mind because they know their brand is represented well in the market.

Our Standpoint

Our approach is simple. We listen first. We embed ourselves into your world rather than forcing you into ours. We qualify deeply. We move quickly. And we hold ourselves to a standard that is higher than the industry norm. That is why our NPS sits where it does. It is not a marketing line. It is the outcome of our work.

For clients, that means a partnership that feels steady, consistent, and aligned. It means a team that is invested in your success. And it means hiring becomes something you can rely on rather than something you must fix.

A number only tells part of the story, but in this case, it tells an important one. If you ever want to understand what a truly supportive recruitment partnership feels like, our door is always open.
